1. Amp up the Antioxidants
Topical antioxidants is known to supplement sunscreen, while providing additional protection against skin damage! Vitamin C rich products with powerful botanical ingredients such as pomegranate, acai and grape seed — works wondrous on skin!
2. Outsmart the Bright Enemy
Signs of premature aging — can be attributed to the sun’s rays. Protect yourself with mineral-based sunscreen (SPF15) — safe for daily usage! Use a higher SPF factor — for those days when you have prolonged interactions under the sun.
3. Exercise the Skin with Exfoliation
Did you know that exfoliation is like exercise for the skin? Avoid highly abrasive physical exfoliants and opt-in for ingredients such as fruit enzymes, alpha hydroxy acid and/or lactic acid.
4. Be Beautiful yet Diligent

Here is your sweet-treat DIY at-home Raw Honey Face Mask…courtesy of your beauty ambassador — Sapphire Kharyzma (thanks to our partner at Howdini)!
▪ 4 1/2 teaspoons 365 Everyday Value® Organic Raw Wildflower Honey (or any raw honey of your choice)
▪ 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, lemon juice or lavender 100% essential oil (optional, but highly recommended)
“In a clean ceramic or glass bowl, combine honey with vinegar, juice or oil (if using). Using clean fingers, massage honey or the mixture over your whole face (avoiding the eyes). Allow to dry and become slightly tacky, and then pat and tap to get blood flowing to the surface of the skin. Remove with warm water.
